Includes initial consultation as above plus follow-up 4 weeks later to assess progress and make changes to the plan to reflect the client’s needs. Works well for someone who needs a little encouragement but is motivated and willing to follow through with changes to diet and lifestyle.
A 90-minute consultation with tailored nutritional plan and recipes emailed to client. Ideal for someone who is very focused on making changes and confident that they can stick to a plan.
