180g butter
180g dark chocolate
150g caster sugar
3 eggs
110g plain flour, sifted
- Preheat oven to 180oc/350of/gas 4
- Line the bottom of a 20cm square tin with parchment paper
- Melt the butter and chocolate over a low heat
- Separately beat the eggs and sugar together
- When melted, allow chocolate to cool for a few minutes and then mix with the eggs and sugar
- Add the flour and mix to combine
- Pour into the tin and cook for 30-35 minutes
- Cut into squares, and take out of tin when cooled
