Two new practices to try here, both about 17 minutes long.
The sun salute practice (passcode q2?h*mx4) is a good workout but does not include forward bending so is suitable for people with weak bones.
For the weights practice (passcode 453hBKH.), if you’ve never used weights before, just grab 2 tins of beans from the kitchen. Weight bearing is really important for our muscles and bones and I am incorporating it into my classes now. The practice also includes some balance poses and lunges.
