Ingredients
1 medium uncooked beetroot, washed, topped & tailed
Handful of blueberries
½ a cucumber or ½ a pak choi
1 tbsp nut butter/hummus
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
1 banana
1 glass of plant-based milk

- Chop the beetroot and cucumber/pak choi
- Blend all the ingredients – enjoy
