Beetroot is good for boosting circulation and liver detoxification. Blueberries contain many nutrients including calcium, magnesium, iron and vitamin C and moderate consumption can reduce the risk of many diseases.

Ingredients

1 medium uncooked beetroot, washed, topped & tailed 

Handful of blueberries

½ a cucumber or ½ a pak choi

1 tbsp nut butter/hummus

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp turmeric

1 banana

1 glass of plant-based milk

  1. Chop the beetroot and cucumber/pak choi
  2. Blend all the ingredients – enjoy
