- 200g almonds
- 400g Medjool dates
- 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 ½ tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Blend almonds in a food processor
- Add the dates and melted coconut oil and blitz
- Add the almond butter and cacao powder and blitz again.
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Coat in coconut flakes if you wish
- Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze
