Cacao balls


  • 200g almonds
  • 400g Medjool dates
  • 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 ½ tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Blend almonds in a food processor
  2. Add the dates and melted coconut oil and blitz
  3. Add the almond butter and cacao powder and blitz again.
  4. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Coat in coconut flakes if you wish
  6. Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze
