- 1 banana
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Cinnamon to taste
- Simply mash the banana with a fork, stir in the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon
- Spread onto a greased baking tin and bake in oven at 180˚c for 20 minutes
- Store in fridge and eat within 4 – 5 days.
