Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Cinnamon to taste

Method

  • Simply mash the banana with a fork, stir in the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon
  • Spread onto a greased baking tin and bake in oven at 180˚c for 20 minutes
  • Store in fridge and eat within 4 – 5 days.
