Ingredients
- 225g/8oz white self-raising flour
- 75g/3oz chopped walnuts
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 beaten egg
- 15ml/1 tblsp honey (optional)
- 45ml/3 tblsps sunflower oil
Method
- Mash the bananas well.
- Mix in egg, honey, oil, walnuts and lastly flour. Mix well.
- Pour into prepared 2lb loaf tin and bake for 40-50 mins at 180c/350f/gas 4.
- Leave in tin for 5 mins before turning out onto wire tray to cool.
