Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup/agave/liquid stevia)
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Tin chickpeas, drained and rinse
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chip
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Grease 8x8inch baking dish with coconut oil
- Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) until smooth
- Melt the chocolate and add to the mix
- Pour mix into baking dish
- Bake for 27-30 mins (until skewer comes out clean)
- Remove and leave to set for 10 mins
- Cut into squares
