Dublin Yoga Classes

Yoga is a wonderful way to relax and unwind while also toning up and getting fit. It is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. I am a qualified Hatha and Ashtanga yoga teacher with over 20 years teaching experience. My focus is on bone strengthening, balance and posture training.
